Robin is a Cambridge graduate with international experience from assignments in Ireland, France, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Sweden, UK, the Philippines and Australia.
His background is Management Consulting (business improvement focused on improving the operational side of the business by building better processes and removing unnecessary complexity, change facilitation and project management).
Robin's previous positions include project managing and executing operational improvement interventions for Condico Consulting, a boutique Australian management consulting business and for TEFEN, an international consulting firm operating throughout the USA, Europe and Israel.
Prior to that, Robin was a Project Engineer with GKN, a global partner to the world's leading automotive and aerospace manufacturers providing systems, structures, components and services.
He has also worked on NGO projects in Papua New Guinea and Vietnam supporting tourism development and the use of mechanisation in agriculture.
Robin has a keen interest in the people side of Knowledge Management and has organised and managed seminars on the topic including "Managing Knowledge for Competitive Advantage".
His is a Chartered Engineer, has a Bachelor of Engineering with French and a Masters of Design, Manufacture & Management for Cambridge University, acclaimed as the best year of industrial training in the UK.
Robin has held memberships of the Institute of Electrical Engineers and the Institute of Agricultural Engineers.
