The Start-up Business Plan

The Start-Up Business Plan is aimed at putting more meat onto the initial bones of your business idea.
The process itself is just as important as the final document - for in that process you are able to question and challenge your assumptions. We have a structured process - called the SOWOTTM Model - which we use to help you to think through the key things that you will need in order to work your business properly.
You will also need a cash flow forecast. This is where your assumptions are converted into numbers and the harsh reality of how much money you need to get started and keep going becomes very apparent.
