Situation

hearservice, a division of the charity Vicdeaf, were concerned about their marketing communications. Our client wanted to be able to have a good marketing story in support of a series of promotional videos which were planned.

Task

Our role in this assignment was to facilitate the marketing analysis process.

We used a structured method, to draw out from the senior team, under very tight timescale conditions:

• the market segmentation
• the offer and key messages to each segment

Outcome

• The outcome was an excel worksheet with a word document summary of the analysis.
• The video production company was then able to use this information as basis for the production of a series of video aimed at the most important customer and stakeholder groups.
